As a member, you support we integrate e.V. sustainably. With your contribution, you help secure and develop our projects in the long term. You’ll also receive invitations to member meetings and can actively participate in decisions.

You ensure that we integrate is financially well-positioned. With your sense for numbers and structure, you take care of budget planning, funding, and transparency – so that our projects stand on solid ground. Whether it's accounting, reporting, or strategy: Your work creates trust and stability.

You strengthen our team
As the person responsible for human resources, you shape a strong, diverse team with heart and structure. You support both full-time and volunteer staff, create good framework conditions, and promote appreciative cooperation. Communication, fairness, and humanity are your focus.

You connect people and ideas
You bring our vision to the outside world and network we integrate with exciting partners from society, education, politics, and culture. You build relationships, maintain cooperations, and develop new ways with us to make a bigger impact together.
