The workshops offer space for personal experiences and questions \u2013 in a protected, appreciative atmosphere. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong> Two sessions of 135 minutes each, one week apart (adjustable)<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For Professionals  Teams<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Our workshop offerings for adults are aimed at professionals from social, cultural, and educational institutions, as well as employees of municipal administrations \u2013 particularly in the youth, social, and educational sectors.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Goals  Approach:<\/strong><strong><br\/><\/strong>Based on the <strong>Anti-Bias approach<\/strong>, we offer a mistake-friendly reflection space to recognize and question prejudices, power relations, and discrimination in one&#8217;s own professional and personal life.
