{"id":5625,"date":"2025-05-28T20:35:55","date_gmt":"2025-05-28T18:35:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/projekt\/pelvic-floor-workshops\/"},"modified":"2025-06-15T23:01:44","modified_gmt":"2025-06-15T21:01:44","slug":"pelvic-floor-workshops","status":"publish","type":"projekt","link":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/project\/pelvic-floor-workshops\/","title":{"rendered":"Pelvic Floor Workshops"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Your body, your health &#8211; we strengthen what supports you!<\/p>\n\n<p>Since women&#8217;s health is often very difficult to access even for integrated and\/or German women, and this topic is simply totally underserved, it is my concern to provide access to it, especially for the aforementioned women.<\/p>\n\n<p>Another goal is to show women who have physical consequences of female genital mutilation (=FGM_C) (e.g., incontinence, recurring bladder infections, menstrual problems) a new way of dealing with their bodies so that they can help themselves in the long term.<\/p>\n\n<p>By: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>educating them about the functionality and anatomy of their pelvic floor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>allowing them to retrain their perception in this regard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing concrete exercise instructions for breathing exercises, strengthening, stretching, and relaxation of both the pelvic floor and the rest of the body in a functional context.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Education about possible aids for prolapse complaints (bladder, uterus and\/or intestines) and behaviors that make everyday life easier with, for example, stress or urge incontinence<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening self-esteem through improved body awareness and stability in the body&#8217;s core<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and all of this in a protected space for women only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Your body, your health &#8211; we&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","format":"standard","class_list":["post-5625","projekt","type-projekt","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt\/5625","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/projekt"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/projekt"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/we-integrate.de\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5625"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
