Yoga means exploring yourself, pausing and unfolding your own potential &#8211; regardless of religion or worldview. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What can you expect?<\/strong><br\/>A 10-week introductory course with weekly sessions (always on Thursdays) that teaches the basics and depth of various yoga traditions.<br\/>The curriculum includes, among other things:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Introduction to yoga and basic body postures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hatha Yoga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (Ashtanga Yoga)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The structure of the human body<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health promotion and stress management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joint exercises and physical mobilization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and selected asanas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regeneration and vitalization<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Additionally, the course offers insights into various approaches such as Hatha, Ashtanga, Vipassana and Vedanta.
