Yoga is an ancient discipline from the Sanatan philosophy – a combination of art and science that harmonizes body, mind and soul.
This course is not about spectacular contortions, but about a deeper journey to yourself. Yoga means exploring yourself, pausing and unfolding your own potential – regardless of religion or worldview.
