Anti-racism and Anti-Discrimination Workshops for Educational Institutions Professionals
With our workshop series “We change together”, we create empowering and reflective learning spaces for children, youth, and adults. Our goal is to make discrimination visible, promote competence in action, and work together towards a society critical of discrimination.
For Schools Educational Institutions
Our workshops are aimed at all formal and informal educational institutions – from primary schools to secondary schools, youth welfare institutions, vocational schools, and universities.
Formats for Children and Youth:
- Anti-discrimination workshop (from grade 7)
- Anti-racism workshop (from grade 5)
- Anti-discrimination workshop for primary schools (from grade 1)
Content Methods:
Through interactive exercises, role-playing, and expert input, we raise awareness of forms of discrimination, promote empathy, and strengthen solidarity in everyday life. The workshops offer space for personal experiences and questions – in a protected, appreciative atmosphere.
Duration: Two sessions of 135 minutes each, one week apart (adjustable)
For Professionals Teams
Our workshop offerings for adults are aimed at professionals from social, cultural, and educational institutions, as well as employees of municipal administrations – particularly in the youth, social, and educational sectors.
Goals Approach:
Based on the Anti-Bias approach, we offer a mistake-friendly reflection space to recognize and question prejudices, power relations, and discrimination in one’s own professional and personal life. The goal is to strengthen attitudes and develop individual and institutional courses of action.
