We Talk about it: Exit Racism 2.0

The project exit racism 2.0 brings people together for exchange, strengthens BIPoC communities, and promotes conscious interaction in dealing with racism.

Racism affects us all – some negatively through exclusion and discrimination, others through privileges they often don’t even know about. Our goal is to create spaces where knowledge can be shared, experiences acknowledged, and perspectives of solidarity developed.

Exit Racism 2.0 is a contribution towards a more just, diverse, and empowering society.

It consists of two central formats:

Ally Anti-Racism Workshops

These monthly 4-hour workshops are aimed at people who are not negatively affected by racism but want to take responsibility. The goal is to promote anti-racist thinking and action. In a safe environment, participants reflect on their own privileges, unravel internalized patterns, and learn tools for a solidarity-based, discrimination-sensitive everyday life.

Empowerment Talks for BIPoC

Once a month, online talks specifically designed for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPoC) take place. These focus on exchange, healing, empowerment, and networking. In inspiring conversations with experts and activists, topics such as self-care, resistance, community building, and strategies for dealing with discrimination are addressed.
